Learn how to release "stuck stress" that gets trapped in your connective tissues causing cellular damage and resulting in aches, stiffness, insomnia, digestive problems and injuries. The M.E.L.T. Method® (Miofascial Energetic Length Technique) is a scientific, pro-active self-treatment technique that helps prevent pain, heal injury and erase the negative effects of aging and active living. MELT simulates the hands-on techniques to eliminate stress, pain and dysfunction. Through specialized usage of three specialized small balls and soft foam rollers, the connective tissue becomes hydrated and lengthened leaving you feeling taller and and making movement easier. Participants should bring their own yoga mat if they own one but all other materials used for the MELT Method will be supplied.

Aerial Dance is an art form that incorporates elements of dance and suspension yoga set to music. This class will give participants the chance to explore both the physical and emotional aspects of movement in a very creative way. By connecting the movement and postures to music in a deliberate way, as all dance does, the doors to developing a story through movement will begin to open. At the beginning of each session you will learn a short piece of choreography set to a piece of music that can then explored and added to your own flavor or interpretation. By the final class your spirit and body will soar on the wings of music to express your authentic "dancer within".
